There are a few things you can count on in life; where there’s smoke there’s fire, Lindsay Lohan’s never-ending rehab and the New York Post will hammer you when you’re down.

They were the only two interviews I caught. I think since ESPN covers the entire and with CBS’ AFC contract they were probably the only ones. How ironic that by doing anything Fox looks like the station with more cred on this one?

While I’m sure over the weekend there will be LGBT bloggers expressing outrage over this political spot against LGBT beloved Barney Frank, but frankly my dear I think it’s a hoot. The ad being run by Sean Bielat the Republican competitor of Frank in the Bay State, showcases a disco dancing Frank who “dances around the [...]

This past weekend both ESPN and CBS assigned former Pittsburgh Steelers to interview Ben Roethlisberger about his return to football after a four-game suspension for ‘allegedly’ assaulting a female college student in Georgia earlier this year. Awww, that’s nice. How about ESPN use a real reporter, assuming they have any left, versus an athlete-turned-analyst? I mean this [...]

The Celtics newest and biggest big man, Agent Shamrock, aka Shaquille O’Neal, created a stir at Harvard on Wednesday. Shaq tweeted he was headed to Harvard Square to become a Shaqtue. After arriving, Shaq didn’t speak and tried to pose perfectly still for one hour while people took photos. I would’ve love to see the [...]

I’ve done a lot of what they call anectdotal research on the topic of penis sizes in the U.S. myself but it’s good to see a company with a bigger sample size than mine (insert your own joke here) tap their database to answer the biggest question facing gay men today: Where are the biggest penises? Top [...]

I unabashedly like this fellow after reading some articles and watching a few videos. But then what’s not to like about a happy Irishman who also happens to be openly gay. As Henry McDonald writes in an article at GuardianUK, Senator David Norris could be Ireland’s first openly gay President if his fans at Facebook have anything to [...]

The Chicago Tribune has a great article written by Rex W. Huppke about out and proud Laura Ricketts, co-owner of the Chicago Cubs and activist. Laura Ricketts walks through the empty stands at Wrigley Field hours before an evening game begins, stepping at a measured pace, calmly and confidently, and greeting every Cubs employee she passes with a [...]

Stream of Unconsciousness as I applaud baseball for putting more umpires on the field for the 2010 playoffs. We haven’t had much, if any, controversy this year with the extra eyeballs on the field. But I still wish we had a machine calling balls and strikes like they do in tennis. The technology is available [...]

Tommy, I agreeah. There doesn’t appear to be a dominant team which I think is in part due to the mass exodus of college juniors last year trying to beat the first year of the NFL salary cap in 2011. Returning seniors are what’s so important to college. Oregon’s got a tough schedule the rest [...]

Couldn’t find any because there are really no numbers out there as to how many gays and lesbians there are in the world; as far as the number closeted, it’s estimated at an extremely high percentage because for reasons of government, religion, family, fears of persecution, and a number of other reasons many will never come out or even acknowledge they are gay!
